WAIVER OF LIABILITY

KR7 ECO TOURS – KAYAKING AND MARINE EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES

1. Voluntary Participation:

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily in these water activities, fully understanding the natural risks involved, such as weather variations, waves, contact with marine wildlife, among others.

2. Swimming Ability:

I declare that I possess sufficient basic swimming skills to ensure my own safety in the event of falling into the water or any unforeseen incident during the tour.

3. Use of Safety Equipment:

I commit to properly using all safety equipment provided by the organization, especially the life jacket, whose use is mandatory throughout the entire activity.

4. Responsibility for Personal Belongings:

I am aware that any personal belongings (such as mobile phones, cameras, wallets, documents, jewelry, etc.) brought by me on the tour are my sole responsibility, and that KR7 Eco Tours shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of such items, whether due to contact with water, falls, or any other reason.

5. Physical and Health Conditions:

I declare that I am in good physical and mental health, fit to engage in moderate physical activities, and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that could impair my performance or safety.

6. Liability Release:

I expressly release KR7 Eco Tours, its guides, and staff from any civil, criminal, or material liability arising from accidents, incidents, or unforeseen events resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of equipment, or reckless conduct on my part.
